- Students may qualify after meeting every requirement related to enrollment, student aid income level, and academic performance.
- A student becomes ineligible when a change in the student aid income level causes the applicable requirements to remain unmet.
- Students awaiting confirmation of their student aid income level are ineligible.
- National Work-Study Scholarship recipients may not work at a placement involving a personal or financial connection with the supervising staff member.
- Work must end immediately following any change in enrollment. (Scholarship payments covering work completed after that change must be repaid.)
- Concurrent participation in the In-Campus Service Scholarship Program and another work-study scholarship program administered by the Korea Student Aid Foundation is prohibited.

The maximum work hours per semester are subject to change depending on the budget allocated by the Korea Student Aid Foundation.
Scholarship Disbursement

- The monthly scholarship amount is calculated based on the attendance record marked “Submitted to University” using the following calculation: hourly rate × monthly work hours.
- The hourly scholarship rate may change in accordance with the administrative guidelines of the Korea Student Aid Foundation.
- Scholarship payments are available only to students who have paid their tuition in full. Students with unpaid tuition or installment payment arrangements are not eligible.
- The scholarship is generally deposited around the 15th of the following month into the student’s own bank account registered with the Korea Student Aid Foundation.
- Work details entered after the attendance record has been marked “Submitted to University” are not eligible for scholarship payment.
- Daily attendance records may be entered by the minute, while total monthly work hours are recognized in 30-minute increments.
- Under the Public Finance Recovery Act, fraudulent work-study activities, including false work records, substituted work, and work performed by another person, may result in repayment of up to five times the improperly received amount.
